This has been the WORST tax season ever and it is entirely due to the software. Losing clients because I can't get anything out the door. I was told on March 21, 2013 that they will not even correct the problem relating to MFS vs MFJ return splits this season. Apparently the extra hours and hours and hours of dealing with software issues isn't enough, now we are expected to spend double and triple the time to perform an analysis for our clients...isn't this why we pay for professional software? Rediculous!
