I, too, have had many major problems with ATX this year. I've been using this program for about 15 years, always with great success! I was completely taken by surprise by the 2012 Version. It takes from 5-10 minutes to load, when it even loads! I receive surprises almost every time I press the Tab or Enter keys. I have, however, been able to reach Support and they fix the problem, but another another one soon appears! Without some kind of rebate, refund or other compensation, I'll definitely NOT be back for another year of complete chaos!
