What a disaster, it's still loaded on my machine in hopes of it getting better later. I had to switch to Drake. I understand they have 10,000 new customers, but seem to be handling support very well. It's not as user friendly as Taxworks WAS but I am getting returns out the door. THIS HAS KILLED MY PRODUCTIVITY FOR THE SEASON WITH COUNTLESS HOURS FOR CHANGEOVER & LEARNING. LOST TIME THAT CAN NEVER BE FOUND OR BILLED.
