Tax Works should call themselves Failing Works. To begin with, they sent me last years license to begin the download this season. After two weeks of fighting, they finally recognized that this was in fact the case. Once I downloaded this proliferation of fertilizer, it was impossible to navigate through their new maze of bull crap. Candidly, I will seek out another vendor right after tax season is over, because I have lost at least 15 times the cost of the crap, they call speed processing tax softwere, in wasted time trying to ameliorate the shortcomings of their poor excuse of tax software. If Red Gear were smart they would deeply discount their product next year and roll out the product in October for practitioners to test.
