I have been a tax practitioner since 1977, so I know something about taxes as well as the grass-roots industry of tax preparation, having consistently practiced both. I have been an ATX user since 2002. With the introduction of the new 2012 ATX tax preparation platform, I feel as if I am a rat behind the glass in a science experiment gone terribly wrong. It has been a nightmare and continues to keep me up at night. Like many others in my profession,they are about to lose another, otherwise loyal customer.
