I would just like to confirm that the problems have not been solved. This software is absolutely the most terrible thing that has ever happened to me in my business. It takes over five minutes to load the program to start with, then at least five minutes to load a return. You can't load more than one return as promised because it freezes the computer, and sometimes it just freezes the computer anyway. It takes about five minutes to load the printer to print the client copy and another five minutes to print the preparer copy. There are mistakes in the software that have to be overridden. Until the last update if I tried to load a return I had already started the program said there was a problem and the whole software dumped and I had to start over. The software problems have at least doubled the amount of time I have to spend on my clients tax returns. It has been an absolute nightmare and it has not gotten any better. I too spent over three hours on the phone and finally hung up. I emailed the tech support and finally got an answer four weeks later. What a nightmare.
