ATX is a complete failure. As of today March 6, 2013 it still takes forever to print a return. It crashes frequently, sometimes in the middle of printing a return. I find it interesting that the refund policy was not broadcast. I have sent numerous emails demanding a refund and have never received a reply. I take from your article that one had to visit the website to find out about the refund offer. It fits their profile to avoid responsibility for the damage to our business. It easily takes twice as long to process a return under their current version which supposedly has fixes. CCH has seriously damaged my business. I won't forget how they treated us.
