I have been a loyal user of ATX tax software since 2005. I cannot believe how CCH could so totally ruin a product that the company valued enough to purchase a few years ago. I am personally pleased to see that change has been made at the top of the company. My comment back to CCH when I am sent a client satisfaction survey is that before purchasing ATX for use in 2013 I will take a cruise on a Carnival cruise ship.
