I used the software for the first time in 2012 filing season. I am a seasoned tax preparer so I encountered few problems. This year, however, is a much different story. Lots of problems and resolution is coming very slowly if at all. Has really put me way behind in the 2013 filing season. Agree with everything stated in the article. This has cost preparers valuable time and money and I want to know what they are going to do about it.
