TaxWorks - Major problems

Complete disaster and waste of my company's time! After a few weeks of trying to get TaxWorks to even install and work properly, we had to buy a different software package. For an entire week we couldn't even reach customer support or sales. They wouldn't even allow you to stay on hold for support, or leave a message. Finally we got through to our sales rep who promptly refunded our money. Complete waste of three weeks of the tax season. We simply wanted to stay with 1040Works, the product RedGear had last year. But they no longer have it--big mistake on their part. We bought TaxWise as our replacement software, and although it's been no picnic either, their customer support is always available and completely helpful.
