Redgear tested the server and work stations back around the 1st of December and we were told it would work for Taxworks 2012. Today we are told we have to get all new computers a update the operating systems. So now you have to have Quad Core CPU's on all workstations. Minimum of Windows 7 and the Server should be 2008R2. So if we want to try replacing everything in the middle of tax season and spending 20K plus to see if this will fix Redgear's failure. I think they have no clue what they are doing and are grasping in desperation at our expense.
