ClientWhys most successful customers stay in touch at least once a month. The most successful firms touch base weekly or bi-weekly. They share blog articles, post on social media and are much more visible to their clients. Based on the size and success of these firms, it seems to be working. Word of mouth just gets passed on faster in the electronic age.
