Taxworks serious problems continue

Taxworks loads about 1 in 6 tries. Upgrades have produces error message several times before loading. I input tax info on long 1120S return and today 1/29/2013 received message that tax information was not syncing. Have tried for one week to chat, talk on phone or get email response with no contact with Taxworks except for a brief talk with my sales rep. Since then the software has gone down hill.
