I switched from Taxwise last year because of poor communications. Last tax season was wonderful, smooth transition to a new software. I have uninstalled my software and re-installed it for the 4th time since Jan 1 based on Taxworks directions. Now it is the 29th, and it does not work at all. It won't pull up my customer data from last year and we are quickly going out of business. Losing them to H&R Block across the street. Imagine that.
