I don't see anything wrong with having to get CEU's for Updates of the current Tax Laws; but, I think the RTRP Test was a little much. I prepare approximately 100 Fed 1040 and they are simple individual returns. Corporate, Partnership, Estate forms are never prepared so having to study for these test questions was a little much. Passing certification on the 1716 & 230 are necessary to comply with the laws. Now what do I do to get my money from Prometric refunded since I was scheduled for late March and understand that they have closed?
