Add me to the long list of unsatisfied users. I have been using Taxworks products since 2009 and this maybe my last year. I have to reschedule customer's until I can get my software running. When it is running it is super slow. I can't get through to tech support. The recorded message says "We are experiencing high call volume please try again later." "Thank you for your patients" ??? How patronizing! They know good and well nobody is being patient. We lost our patients with these issues weeks ago. I'd like to say I feel better after venting but not really.
