I received my accounting degree in 2000. I then went through H.R.Block courses for 3 monthes just to learn more about thier way of doing taxes. Then 10 yrs later i recertified for another $400.00 courtesy of the I.R.S. deciding every non C.P.A., e.r. or lawyer that did not work under a tax corporation's umbrella had to re- certify and get a ptin number for more monry. Then last yr the I.R.S. we all had to take more TRAINING AND TAKE ANOTHEWR YEARLY TEST AND RECERTIFY EVERY YR. I DO TAXES FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND THEY WANTED ME AND OTHER INDEPENDENT SMALL TAX PREPARES TO SPEND MORE MONEY AND BE RETESTED EVERY YR. WHETGHER WE DID IT FOR A FAVOR OR FOR FINANCIAL GAIN. NOW THAT THE COURT SAYS THE GOVT. CANNOT KEEP US LITTLE PEOPLE FROM HELPING FRIENDS AND FAMILY I CAN CONTINUE MY NON-PROFIT HELP TO MY FRIENDS. THANK YOU U.S. DISTRICT COURT FOR HELPING US LIITLE GUYS.
