Poor customer communication

The worst part of this is that I have no idea from your company when these problems will be fixed. No calls are returned, no emails are responded to, chat service never comes on. Six days I have been trying to contact someone in customer support, to no avail. Unless this software company has an instant change of attitude towards it's customers, I suspect there will be very few of them left for next year.
