Really - you are "proud of the product" that you put out? How you can seriously say that is beyond me. It does not work. I would love to have the version of the software you are using because the one we paid a lot of money for and downloaded does not work. Please send me a link so I can download your version. This week you put out an update that you are working our some problems with organizer. Uselful tool, but organizers? At this point we cannot do a tax return and you have figured out the organizers. All I can say is wow. Installation not right, cannot import clients, almost all settings do not work, limited functionality, and calculations are wrong. Please tell me again what you are so proud of! After over 5 hours on hold, again. Tech support indicated we should upgrade our computers too. Its always amazing --- software blames hardware and hardware blames software. I use many large programs and I have two other tax software demos I am currently trying out and they all are fast as I can handle ---- so now taxworks wants us to go and update our computers at an estimated cost of around 5 thousand to up date them all. Its slow computers - yeah thats the problem. The amazing part is Taxworks keeps putting out these "updates" and they act like the program is fine and it just needs some fine tuning. Its not fine - its broke and over the last two weeks it has not improved at all. Please no one beleive the previous comment from the employee at Taxworks --- a "solid version" does not exist.
