Yes, support people are working hard, and programmers are said to be working 24/7. But the software is far from solid now, and if it has been improved since last Thursday, we users can't tell as we can only update once a week. As a loyal 20-year user, the progress or lack thereof of tomorrow's update will dictate whether I stay and bet my business and my future on Taxworks or sadly migrate to a different software provider.
