I am all for capitalism, but I wonder why I should spend $5,000/year on your great ProSeries product (on which I worked as QA in 1994, 1997 and 2001), if you are going to Poach my tax clients--this is an irreconcialable conflict of interest. It was OK by me when you were offering the service "gratis" to the poor and indigent--they could not afford my fees anyway. I will be less than comfortable with Intuit e-file having all my Client's information now.
