There comes a time when any new way of doing things suddenly becomes affordable, and convenient and at that time the "value" outweighs the "concerns" to make the users cross the hurdle. Privacy concerns, data ownership and convenience of retrieving the data in case of discontinuation of subscription are still some concerns in the minds, especially of smaller firms and sole proprietors. In those cases, single internet connection is also the hurdle - what if internet goes down for even a few hours during peak season?
