this is the 1st article i have seen on this subject the AICPA is a standard setter for many of the State Boards and all of its standards therefore become part of the law and therefore should be open to the Public which we as a profession serve the Texas State Board is required under the open records act to make ALL law and rules open to the Public -- however each of us must purchase standards from the AICPA
