CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions has acquired Tax Tech, which serves the consumer finance market. Tax Tech is now called  CrossLink Tax Tech Solutions". Tax Tech president Stan Hutchison takes the title of president of CTTS.

Tax Tech provides training and in-season technical support for consumer finance companies. It was a reseller of CrossLink software before the acquisition.

CrossLink, formerly Petz Enterprises, was acquired a year ago by LNC Partners in partnership with CrossLink CEO Raymond Sbrilli. In September, the company brought to market CrossLink Online for professional tax preparers.

CrossLink has historically served customers individual tax offices and multi-office service bureaus.
