Investment firm LNC Partners has acquired CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions, formerly Petz Enterprises, from the Petz family. The company immediately announced development of CrossLink Online for professional tax preparers for the 2019 Tax Season Terms were not disclosed.
The parties says CrossLink CEO Raymond Sbrilli partnered with LNC in arranging the deal. The current team will continue managing day-to-day operations and it will continue to do business as CrossLink Professional Tax Software
Petz’s markets historically included high-volume, multi-office operations.
