INTUITIntuit is targeting the Latino community with a TurboTax marketing campaign. The effort kicked off with the phrase "No hay por que tener miedo".

(There's Nothing to Be Afraid Of) advertising theme. The Spanish language spot is running on networks such as Univision, Telemundo and Azteca America and will air through the end of tax season.

The campaign features educational events in a series featured spokesman and financial expert, Orlando Montiel. Free events, under the theme Finanzas Saludables, are designed to help Latinos learn more about taxes and personal financials. These will be held in Dallas, Texas; Miami, Fla., New York, N.Y.; Chicago, Ill.; and Los Angeles, Calif., starting this month in partnership with Univision.

An influencer and media relations program will utilize Intuit's relationship with lifestyle expert and blogger, Marines Duarte, while a social media campaign, #FearlessConTurboTax, will extend the "No hay por que tener miedo" theme.

It will encourage people to nominate a friend or family member who is fearless and the impact that person has had on their life.
