Taxify Adds Dashboard

Alex Oxford, TaxifyTaxify, which provides online sales tax applications, has added a dashboard to its system. The dashboard is designed to enable practitioners to see all of their clients—for whom they provide sales tax services—in one place, according to product marketing manager, Alex Oxford.

The dashboard "gives them the ability to manage multiple clients, very easily," says Oxford.

Using Taxify, accountants who are members of its partner program, can set up and manage client accounts. They can choose to calculate and file client taxes or they can let Taxify handle the backend for then.

The company's Partner program has two categories through which firms can participate with the sales tax technology. These include Practice Partners, who wish to provide services to clients. Preferred Partners make referrals to Taxify and can receive commissions for referrals.

Practice Partners can received margins of 30 percent to 50 percent. Benefits are based on the number of active clients.

Taxify connects with accounting packages QuickBooks Online and Xero and ecommerce platforms such as BigCommerce, Magento, Shopify and WooComerce. In the case of Xero, Taxify will post sales tax payments in the financial package. It will match the payment with the back account transaction, providing end-to-end reconciliation.
