The study is conducted by Randy Johnston, president of the Network Management Group, Leslie Garrett, PhD, CEO of Insight Research Group, and Brian Tankersley, editor of the publication.

The survey will be published in an eBook, scheduled to be delivered in March, that is free to those who responded.

As the third survey, the latest version will feature three years of results that the authors say are designed to enable readers to benchmark their practice against others of similar size.
