Liberty says Siempre will assist customers in understanding the Affordable Care Act and will host seminars and provide ACA materials in Spanish that will be tailored to specific situations most likely to affect these customers.

Carlos Perez has been named COO of SiempreTax+. Perez most recently owned and managed Capersons, a consulting business that helped companies expand in Latin America and in the U.S. Hispanic market. He worked at Kitchen Fair, which is owned by RegalWare, from May 2007 through December 2013 and was president of that operation for his last three years with that company.
