The new feature is available in both IntelliConnect and IntelliConnect Direct. The latter is a new interface that incorporates many features from CCH Mobile. IntelliConnect Direct "has the same functionality as our CCH Mobile platform," says Braunstein. "It's a simple interface, although some of the functionality is different." 

The interface is customizable, enabling customers to pick the tools they wish to use. It is available on desktop computers, tablets and smartphones.

IntelliConnect Direct is available in a preview release, with full release expected in a few weeks. Its functionality rests on a home page that tiles of the most frequently used content, tools, news and research folders while search results display QuickAnswers at the top of the page. QuickAnswers also includes access to the company's SmartCharts.
