Drake to Expand Call Center

Drake Software plans to construct a 10,000 sq. ft. call center that the company expects to open in January. The new facility, to be located in Haynesville, N.C., will house 50 new representatives.

 

The tax preparation software comany also operates call centers in Franklin and Sylva, N.C., and opened another in Downtown Haynesville in 2010. The new facility is being constructed in the Clay County Industrial/Technology Park.
