CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions has acquired uTax Software, a tax preparation service bureau Terms were not disclosed..The acquired company will continue to operate under the uTax brand. In the announcement of the deal, uTax co-founder Dan Beckler said uTax partners will continue to have access to that company’s tools, along with additional resources from CrossLInk.
The uTax deal follows CrossLink’s acquisition a year earlier of TaxProFirm and Audit Allies Association. CrossLink has offices in Orlando, Fla., Lathrop, Calif., and Harrisburg, Ill.
