Almeida was COO for the TMF Group’s Americas business from September 2013 until taking the new job. She was with SAP’s São Paulo-based organization from 1997 through February 2009 and was sales operations manager and director from March 2004 until her departure.
Avalara Names LATAM Director
Avalara has hired Alessandra Almeida as its first managing director for its Latin America business. She will be based in the sales tax company’s São Paulo office from which she will manage day-to-day operations in Brazil.
