Siegmund had held the position since November 2012 and had worked at ADP since June 1999. When his intentions were announced last year, CEO Carlos Rodriguez said Siegmund wanted to leave earlier but the company had convinced him to stay.

Winters comes to the payroll giant from MSCI where she had held the position of CFO since May 2016. Prior to that, she worked at Honeywell from June 2009 through March 2016. At that company, she was VP and CFO of  Performance Materials & Technologies.
