ADPAutomatic Data Payment has parted ways with Campbell B. Langdon, who had served as president of the major account services division for employer services, after his duties were handed off to another executive. The company did not announce the departure, which was effective June 30, but included the separation agreement with the 10-year veteran of the payroll processing organization when it filed with the SEC its annual report for the fiscal year ended June 30.

ADP had made no official announcement of the change of jobs for Regina R. Lee, but confirmed she had taken on Langdon's former group. TheĀ  2009 annual report showed she was president of employer services-small business and at the end of 2010 she was president of employer services, small business and major account services. Major accounts are companies with about 50 to 999 employees each while small business accounts are those with fewer than 50 employees each

Langdon, who joined the company in 2000 as VP of strategic development, served as president of tax, retirement and pre-employment services from 2003 to 2007. The divisional executive received a severance payment of $450,000 to be paid in 11 monthly installments, along with a bonus of yet-to-be-determined size based on his performance in fiscal 2010.
