Slavin Becomes New ITA President

Shawn Slavin has become president of the Information Technology Alliance. The long-time reseller took over this month from Stan Mork, who becomes chairman of the association for accounting professionals and consultants.

In assuming his new role, Slavin left CS3 Technology where he was EVP of techology and founded Slavin Advisors.

“I didn't feel I could properly represent all the resellers in the ITA membership equally if I kept a financial interest in one of them,” Slavin said about his departure from the Tulsa, Okla.-based organization. He co-founded the firm in October 1996.
