CCH Axcess, SureTax, AnswerConnect, and Intelliconnect are back online, according to a WK statement. “Our process and protocols assure a high degree of confidence in the security of our applications and platforms before they are brought back online,” the statement read. The company reiterated its statement that no customer data and systems were compromised “or that there was a breach of confidentiality of that data.”
The outage began Monday morning, May 6 and WK said it determined there was a malware attack. It took many systems offline to prevent further damage.
