Eide Bailly Buys Data Firm

Kost ScottEide Bailly has acquired Xerva, describe as a data analytics and data warehouse as a service company effective May 1.  Xerva was founded in 2014 to provide what were termed “enterprise-level data solutions” to the mid-market.

Scott Kost, director of Eide Bailly’s Technology Consulting practice, said the deal is important because data affects a broad range of the firm’s activities, including audits and EDP implementations. “With this expanded technology specialization, we are better equipped to help our clients understand and get the most out of their business data,” Kost said in a prepared statement.

Xerva’s services include data warehouses, migration, integration, lakes and strategy, along with financial reporting and repot writing.
