Cross was most recently a consultant with DigitalGlobe from September 2014 until taking the Abila job. He was SVP of American operations at TravelClick from November 2011 through June 2014 during its sale to a private equity firm.

He spent more than 14 years with Hoover's and its parent Dun & Bradstreet from February 1997 through July 2011. His positions there included serving as CFO of Hoover's, CFO of Dun & Bradstreet's Small Business Group and COO of Hoover's.
