NetClient CS Portals

Net client logoNetClient CS portals from Thomson Reuters have a number of new features including direct integration between NetClient CS and UltraTax CS that enable users to print Web organizers and finished tax returns from UltraTax CS directly to a client portal.

The Source Document Flow feature can take source documents such as W-2s and 1099s, from FileCabinet CS automatically to the client portal with the finished tax return. NetClient CS Bill Pay for Practice CS allows accounting firms to post invoices and collect credit card payments directly through the portal.

There is also direct integration with Thomson's GoFileRoom document management system while users can chose to directly access Client Bookkeeping Solution or Hosted QuickBooks via portals.

The new capabilities are available to existing customers at no charge.

Price: NetClient CS,: Base Portal Monthly Fee (includes up to 1,000 NetClient CS base portals) $175. Include UltraTax CS Tax Return Presentation, UltraTax CS Web Organizer, Document Presentation, Source Document Flow, File Exchange, News & Information, Stock Quotes, Portal Admin via NetFirm CS, and NetClient CS Bill Pay (if licensed for Practice CS).

Additional Modules priced per portal, per month, include  

Account Aggregation: $4 per portal
Client Bookkeeping Solution ASP: $13 per CBS company $17 to access CBS ASP, per portal
Remote Payroll Data Entry: $8 per client, per portal
Remote Check Printing: $8 per client, per portal Remote Payment Authorization: $5 per company, per portal
Hosted QuickBooks, powered by Right Networks ($100 one-time setup fee per client) $45 per portal.
