Intuit Prac Man Intro after Tax Season?

intuit practice management.pngIntuit is likely to introduce its long-delayed Intuit Practice Management system after tax season. The online product, designed to work with Lacerte tax software and QuickBooks, was originally scheduled for introduced at the end of tax season in 2011. But since then the company has widely tested it at thousands of CPA firms.
After the original May 2011 introduction passed, Intuit entered a deal with Big Time Software to utilize that company's software engine in the Lacerte product. The Intuit website has a button for visitors to sign up to be notified about the upcoming launch. That leads to a page that contains a statement about releases of the product scheduled for 2012 being designed to work with Lacerte and QuickBooks. An Intuit spokesperson said the information should have been changed to say 2013 releases.
