Sikich Acquires Dynamics Reseller

Sikich, based in Naperville, Ill., has acquired Denver-based Streamline Systems, which markets the Dynamics AX financial application. The deal, accomplished via merger, represents a significant addition to the Sikich software reselling business. Terms were not disclosed.

The Sikich consulting business had $22 million in revenue in 2011 and Streamline would add about $5 million to that. The deal means that Sikich now carries the entire Dynamics product line, including Dynamics CRM and the other accounting packages, Dynamics GP, NAV and SL.

Jeff Rudolph, partner in charge of the CPA firm's technology business, said that the deal would help develop the Sikich manufacturing practice. Al Galinot, a senior partner who was Streamline's VP of professional services, was named managing partner of the Sikich Dynamics AX practice. A co-founder of Streamline, Galinot was previously VP of professional services at Microsoft.
