Xero Touts Gen-AI Based Support

Xero is utilizing generative AI in Xero Central to gives support system the ability to provide answers to users more quickly.

The system was been developed in partnership with Corveo. The GenAI-driven capability is already available in Xero Central.  The systems integrates generative answers so in response to a search term or question, the system provides users with answers and a list of other relevant content articles. Answers are generated from Xero’s support content articles. Customers can also filter their searches based on whether they are a small business, or an accountant or bookkeepe.
