XCM, SpeedTax Team Up in CPA Program

Glen KeenanXCM Solutions, which markets workflow applications, and sales-and-use tax vendor SpeedTax, have joined in a program with scanner vendor Fujitsu. The companies says the alliance is aimed at educating accountants on the implementation and use of their products. The partners to hold events at conferences, possbily utilizing the common booths and having shared speaking engagements.

"We ge asked questions all the time, such as "What do I need to do about getting a scanner?" says Glen Keenan, president of XCM Services. Information to be made available include a technology survey to be published by the Bay Street Group. Results will be avaialable for free from Fujitsu, SpeedTax and XCM at no charge. SpeedTax and Fujitsu will also exhibit at XCM’s user conference on June 2-3 in Boston, Keenan says
