Some of the seemingly straightforward features of BillQuick such as the "closing-date option to lock invoices and data entry to that project" mentioned above just don't work. Yes, you can enter a close date, but even then, the projects STILL remain on employees' timecards. You can even change the status of a project to "Closed" but they STILL remain on employees' timecards. You can remove a project from being assigned to an employee and it STILL remains on the timecard. This bug, and others, cause the program to work in an unintuitive and simply wrong way. Just because it appears to be a "comprehensive solution" doesn't mean that it will do everything if you have "on-hand technical expertise" (read - full time person to manage the software). The latest version of the program, when you get into it, seems rushed to market without testing, including typos in the packaged reports. Each new thing that I go to use just doesn't work well or like it logically should.
