This has been by far the worst experience with Taxwise. I have had clients who have threatened to take their returns some place else.
Each day before I CAN MAKE AN EFILE, I have to re-install the previous day updates. My system somehow does not retain the previous day update. I get validations errors everyday. If I have ten returns in the queue. each has to have a diagnostic run on each and has to separately have the update applied before the return is stored on the disk to be sent. It is tres frustrating an time consuming.
