This is my first year with CCH what a year!!! after the second week of problems that the support team could not fix they told me it was my PC I do taxes not PC's. So I bought a new computer, I was told it would take about 1 hour to transfer from one pc to the other. 13 1/2 hours later they said it was done and everything was fine. Well I had canceled all my appointment's the first day (after 3 hours I called my clients and canceled the day) Now its a new morning and guess what the program is as messed up today with the new pc as it was yesterday with the old one, again canceled my clients for a second day. I have had support people hang up on me more then once, they also have said over and over that it is not the software that has the problem! Only one support tech has helped, I think she is the only one who knows what to do, even the sales person that I ordered with does tech support???
