I had been with ATX since 2003, my 2012 program never did work for me I put it on 3 different programs stayed on the phone waiting on support for hours at a time only to be told next update would fix it never did I applied for a refund and the program crashed as I did this!!!!! Had to change to another software program I suspect some cost cutting manager made a decision that they could get cheaper programers Well go luck and goodbye to a very good software of the past
