For me, the biggest disappointment is the total lack of response from TaxWorks. I have tried phone, email, live chat and even the fax machine is turned off. Now I am trying snail mail. Does management think by avoiding their customers the problem will go away? Do they have a product that is so awesome we will forgive them this month of hell that seems to have no end? Do you think there is a class action lawsuit in the works as we start to lose clients because we cannot deliver a timely tax return?
