They are not taking any calls or any chats online. This is very worrisome to me, they could have locked the doors and left town.... I cannot even open the program, have not gotten an email to instruct me, and I have clients that want to come in for an appointment. I have requested a refund via email. I did get a response and am hopeful I can get my money back. Good luck to everyone who has this program. I hope it works out for you.
